On 9 June 2026, the ARC Training Centre for Future Leaders in Quantum Computing (FLiQC) will be officially launched, marking a significant milestone for Australian quantum research. The day extends with FLiQC’s inaugural Member Conference, bringing together the centre’s researchers, industry partners, and collaborators for the first time.
Day One (Morning): Official Launch | 9 June 2026
The Official Launch celebrates the formal establishment of FLiQC as a national centre in quantum computing research and training. Guests will hear from centre leadership and distinguished speakers on the vision and ambition underpinning FLiQC’s mission to inspire Australia’s future generation of quantum leaders.
Day One & Two: Inaugural Member Conference | 9-10 June 2026
The Inaugural Member Conference convenes FLiQC’s research community for a dedicated day of exchange across the centre’s key programs. Members will have the opportunity to engage with current research and training directions, hear from Chief Investigators and industry partners, and contribute to the conversations shaping FLiQC’s future.
