About Marika
Dr Mária (Marika) Kieferová is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Centre for Quantum Software and Information (QSI)
Marika’s areas of expertise include quantum algorithms, adiabatic quantum computation, and quantum machine learning.
Maria completed her PhD in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Waterloo, Canada, complemented by a cotutelle PhD at Macquarie University. Since then, she has held research positions at UTS and contributed to major projects supported by organisations including the Australian Research Council and Defence Innovation Network.
